The breakfast was top-notch with diverse menu choices made to order. Staff were exceptionally warm and helpful, providing excellent service and local transport guidance.

Occasionally noisy AC units were bothersome, and the absence of a lift made moving luggage a bit cumbersome.

Breakfast was outstanding, fresh and delightful every day.

we loved our stay at platan! the breakfast was truly the best around, and the selection at the restaurant was impressive. every time we visited, the food quality amazed us. the unique design of our junior suite was so comfortable, and the lovely environment made it perfect for shooting our product videos.

The spacious room was perfect for our large family, featuring great furnishings and a cozy bed. The highlight, though, was definitely the restaurant. We indulged in their amazing meals nightly, particularly enjoying the top-notch breakfast options that set us up for our days exploring Samarkand.

In my wife's opinion, the cleanliness could be improved, especially the bathroom setup.

I was impressed with the great location, just a short walk to several landmarks. The breakfast was included and top-notch, offering a perfect start to the day. Additionally, the coffee machine in the room served an excellent brew.

The garden view room offered a peaceful retreat, and the breakfast menu was impressive, allowing for freshly made dishes that consistently delighted. Staff were exceptionally attentive and provided assistance with navigating local transportation, which made exploring the area easier. However, while the decor was charming, occasional noise from the outdoor courtyard was noticeable, and room cleaning felt a bit rushed at times during our stay.

the spacious room with comfortable beds made coming back after a day of exploring a joy. It's just a quick walk to some stunning landmarks like Gur-e-Amir and the historic Khwaja Khadir Mosque that are both less than 1 km away.

Loved the outdoor courtyard connecting the hotel to the restaurant, and the breakfast was seriously top-notch with loads of options. The staff was super friendly, and the room was clean and spacious with all the necessities.

The restaurant has a huge selection of dishes with amazing quality! Loved the spacious room too. Only downside was the rushed room cleaning. Overall, a great experience! 😍

Just a commendable fit for exploring town in Samarkand with extraordinarily good value for money. Everything worked well in the room, including the A/C and hot water. Try to get a room away from reception for a quieter experience.

Woke up to the sweetest breakfast spread you ever did see! Fresh fruits and pastries. Made-to-order eggs. The courtyard garden was just lovely to stroll through, real pretty feelin’! And bless their hearts, the staff went outta their way to help us with local rides. Just remember, ain't no lift, but they carry your bags like champions.
